- Come to the Office to deal with requests that cannot be arranged electronically – that is collect your student ID card, ISIC validity sticker, your diploma, any essential confirmation of your studies available only in paper form.
- Student ID card (regular, as well as ISIC) and ISIC validity sticker – can only be collected in person once the ID card (or sticker) is ready to be handed over to the student.
- Regular Confirmation of Studies – issued electronically - STUDIS – section „Elektronické podávání žádostí/Electronic applications“ – Application form: „Confirmation of Studies for the Current Academic Year“.
- Email your requests/inquiries using your university email address to the email addresses of the Administrators.
